Accident on Idol Stage

There was some sort of accident on the American Idol stage just as they were getting ready for the dress rehearsal. Still not sure of the details, but it sounds like the Stage Manager was badly injured and taken via ambulance from the set.

According to the twitter feed of someone in the audience, there is glass all over the stage and things are a crazy mess.
