Last night's American Idol was enjoyable, although way too many commercials and Jamie Foxx is so cocky I can't stand him. (He likes himself way too much - - which was amusing when he had to share screen time with Danny Gokey who also likes himself way too much!) I of course liked Adam's performance, but I'm disappointed that he didn't credit the version that he obviously ripped off - it's been on my iPod for a while - done by the British band Muse from their 2001 album.
- Next week on Idol the theme is "Rock and Roll." I hope Allison is stil around to get to compete!
- Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick are expecting twins (through a surrogate.)
- Dominic Monahan (Charlie on Lost) and JJ Abrams (Lost creator) are set to appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight.
- I'm stocking up on Advil to take during tonight's episode of Lost. Partly because I know it's going to be a giant mind f*ck and partly because there are only 3 episodes left this season. I'm not sure how to deal with that.

- According to dialidol.com, Matt Giraud received the least number of votes last night on Idol. Here's hoping that he (and his mole) get sent home tonight.
- Be sure to check out Juliet's shirt on Lost tonight. It may give you a hint as to what is going to happen in the finale.

I know you're going to hate hearing this, but the only one that really seemed like a Rat Pack performer to me last night was Danny Gokey. (Although, the judges hate them when they're not "unique.") I could totally see him with a cigarette in one hand and a scotch on the rocks in the other. This should have been Matt's night, but his song choice was BAAAAD. I honestly would be happy with any of the remaining five winning.
