Thanks to everyone who read my American Idol live blog last night. It's difficult to get my thoughts posted before the judges speak, but I think I did ok. Overall, not thrilled with anyone yet. Here's hoping that Adam Lambert makes a diva appearance next week!
- Here's a good recap of American Idol from my favorite writer at Entertainment Weekly who never fails to make me laugh.
- American Idol Spoiler! (STOP READING NOW IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW) According to the very accurate website dialidol, the top two contestants from last night were Danny Gokey and Alexis Grace. Michael Sarver looks to be the 3rd place finisher, but it's too close to tell.
- All kinds of internet chatter about the possibility of Jen Aniston running into Brangelina on the red carpet at the Oscar's on Sunday. I think I'd take John Mayer over Brad Pitt, so my money's on team Aniston.
- More Oscar gossip: Hugh Jackman is hosting, but he'll be joined on stage by Beyoncé, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens and Mamma Mia's Amanda Seyfried for a big song and dance number. If they do "Dancing Queen," it just might be the gayest thing on TV since Clay Aiken.
- MC Hammer will have a new reality show on A&E. Personally, I'm still miffed that "the Two Corey's" is no longer airing so I think I may have to skip this one.
