Good News - Emmy nominations were released this morning and Friday Night Lights FINALLY got some of the credit it deserves. Best Actor and Actress nominations were awarded to both Kyle Chandler and Connie Britton.
Bad News - No emmy nomination for Zack Gilford (Matt Saracen) or Tim Riggins abs.
Good News - Tonight on So You Think You Can Dance we'll see a group routine by Mia Michaels, the return of Will Wingfield (maybe) and a performance by Anya and Pasha.
Bad News - I've read Alex Wong is out for good tonight...I'm still in denial about this and refuse to believe that he won't spontaneously heal.
Good News - Lost received a total of 12 emmy nominations.
Bad News - Even after much time has passed, I'm still disappointed in the finale.
Good News - SYTYCD received an emmy nomination for one of my favorite pieces ever - the Mia Michaels choreographed "Gravity/Addiction" starring the oh so adorable Kupono!
Bad News - No nomination for one of the best routines of last season; Travis Wall's "If It Kills Me" starring Jeanine and Jason.
Good News - Conan O'Brien received four nominations for his version of the tonight show, and Leno got zero. Here's what Conan had to say about the nomination.
Bad News - Conan won't return to my television until November when his new late night show on TBS premiers.
Good News - Emmy nominations for Jim Parsons, Chris Colfer, and Kristen Chenoweth make me so very happy.
Bad News - Emmy nominations for Tony Shalhoub and John Cryer, not so much.

It will indeed be a tragedy if Alex has to leave the competition. I know dancers always have to deal with injuries, but this was such a golden opportunity for him........WHY NOW!! Fingers crossed that his "ACK-uhl-eeze" (as Nigel said) may not be truly toast.
