TV Wishes for 2010

Rather than post a list of personal resolutions for 2010, thought I'd stick with the theme of this blog and post my TV wishes for 2010. Here goes!

- I want Lost to end the series with a resolution that will make fans happy, but that stays true to the quirky nature of the show. Don't answer each and every question for me, but make me happy that I've invested time in the past six seasons.

- I want an Emmy nomination and/or win for each of the following: Jim Parsons, Zach Gilford, Connie Britton, Kyle Chandler, and Michael Emerson.

- In 2010, I want the following shows put out of their misery: Heroes, Leno, The Bachelor, Til Death, and The Hills.

- On Glee, I want Rachel and Puck together, Quinn's baby storyline to resolve itself, and Broadway superstar Idina Menzel to guest star. (At least one of those is in the works!!!)

- On Gossip Girl, I want Serena to get back together with Dan and to stop wearing clothing that puts "the girls" on display. We get it, they're perky.... Also, more Chuck Bass please.

- On The Office, I want writing that makes me laugh out loud again. Remember the good old days of Dwight catching the bat, or Andy's cell phone in the ceiling - - that stuff was funny. The new season...meh....

- On American Idol, I want Ellen Degeneres to prove that she can give constructive critism and still be charming and funny.

- On Project Runway, I want the challenges and contestants to be more entertaining. This past season was a snooze-fest. Bring back Christian Siriano!!!

- On Friday Night Lights, I want more Riggins in his underwear. Nuff said...

- In 2010, I want people to tune into "Life UneXpected" on the CW on January 18th. (If you liked Privilidged or Gilmore Girls, this show is for you!!)

- I want So You Think You Can Dance to return to the summer where it belongs. I also want a reunion show starring only Travis, Mark, Jakob, Blake, Nick, Neil, Danny, Dimitry, Pascha, and Kupono.

- On January 17th I want the world to realize that Ricky Gervais is the funniest human being on the planet when he hosts the Golden Globes.

2010 - That's all I ask...
