- Dancing with the Stars has added recently dumped Melissa (from the Bachelor) as the newest “star.” Part of me thinks this is a smart move for her as a way to stretch out her 15 minutes - - but I kind of assumed she would have had enough of scripted reality shows?
- Ashlee Simpson has joined the cast of the new “Melrose Place” remake. I wonder if she’ll learn the script, or just move her mouth along to a pre-recorded track?
- The theme for tomorrow night’s American Idol is Michael Jackson. No one could possibly touch Billie Jean after it was done to perfection by David Cook last year. Man in the Mirror was already done in the semi-finals. So what songs will the contestants choose? Someone will sing “Ben,” someone will sing “I Just Can’t Stop Loving You,” and someone will sing “I’ll Be There.” I’m gonna guess that Adam Lambert will sing something like “Smooth Criminal” or “The Way You Make Me Feel” with a sparkly glove and moon walk.
- New Moon has started filming in Vancouver. Photos of the stars out and about in the city are all over the internet. I can’t wait to see the first pictures of Dakota Fanning as Jane!

I was pleasantly surprised by Melissa...and was definitely interested in Holly...what a dork she is...but I admit, when I had cable I loved watching the GIRLS NEXT DOOR!
