- All of my Christmas decorations are finally put away. My house looks so bare! Oh well, only 355 shopping days left until Christmas 2009.
- Professional dancers Karina and Maksim (from Dancing with the Stars) got engaged on New Year's Eve.
- All of the "controversy" surrounding John Travolta's son's death is just sad. (if you aren't aware, just look at any news website, or entertainment website and you'll see article after article) A kid just died... as long as he wasn't murdered by his parents, leave them all alone.
- The Rainbow Room (which opened in 1934) in Manhattan is closing because of the current state of the economy. The famous restaurant sits at the top of Rockefeller Center and has been featured in tons of movies.
