- The Screen Actors Guild has delayed the strike vote until January 14th. If members vote yes, it would authorize the union to call a strike and bring the entertainment business to a halt.
- Moment of Truth, American Gladiators, and According to Jim were left off the TV lineups for 2009. They haven't been officially canceled, but are on death row.
- Shoplifting is up 20% across the country.
- The Gossip Girl cast will go to 3 separate colleges next year (on the show.) As long as Chuck and Blair are together I'm happy!
- For Molly: On Ugly Betty - Christmas comes early for Daniel when Connor and Molly call it quits. Tidings are not glad for Ignacio though—things don't look good for his heart when the show returns on Jan. 8.
- For Caroline: Here's an interview with a Prison Break cast member. Don't read it if you haven't watched the December 22 episode!
- Lots of TV show Marathons over the next few days. Here are the ones that interested me:
Christmas Eve = Top Chef (Bravo), Roseanne (Oxygen)
Christmas Day = Mythbusters (Discovery), House (USA)
Friday = Whale Wars (Animal Planet), The Hills (MTV)

- Tonight 10:00 on ABC is "The List" - a show detailing the pop culture events of 2008.
- And finally...... the new haircut is growing on me...
